Rosie Watt
CRTA CO-MANAGER
Rosie (she/her) has 10+ years experience as an Independent Creative Producer and Fundraiser supporting artists with diverse needs across the North of England. Rosie’s expertise are within dance, rural touring, and community.
Rosie is a mental health and interpersonal wellbeing advocate with a PGCert in Counselling.“I believe everyone from all walks of life should be able to experience creativity and culture and all the benefits they bring. My interests and ambitions lie in creating a healthy, safe, equitable world through creativity and imagination.”
Rosie joined CRTA in 2023. -

Jen Henry
CRTA CO-MANAGER
Jen (she/her) has been with CRTA since 2007, a whopping 17 years so far!
Alongside rural touring, Jen has collected a wealth of experience from the following roles: Unity Theatre Liverpool: Manager, Floral Pavilion Theatre, Wirral: Volunteer programme manager, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic: Project Manager (education and outreach), Teacher of drama, Teaching artist in residence, Bosco CLC Liverpool, Stage manager, Theatre in education practitioner. -

Steph McGill
CRTA MARKETING & FINANCE
Steph (she/her) trained at Manchester Metropolitan University’s School of Theatre and works professionally as an actor.
Her creative career spans community arts roles, including work with HFT supporting adults with learning disabilities, leading drama workshops for youth theatres and dance schools and delivering music and movement sessions for pre-schoolers with Popcats Music Time.
A finalist in Writing on the Wall’s Pulp Fiction novel writing competition, Steph’s drama shorts have aired on independent Scottish radio. To keep things unpredictable, she’s took to the mic as a stand-up comedian—because why not add a little laughter to the mix?
Steph joined CRTA in 2024.
